The Department of Electrotechnics, Power Electronics and Electrical Power Engineering Team includes: 7 independent researchers, 23 assistant professors, 2 teachers, 2 PhD students, and 4 research technicians. The scientific activity of employees is characterized by a high level of internationalization, especially regarding to publishing in major international scientific journals, as well as participation in scientific conferences and membership in the scientific associations and organizations.
As part of their educational activities, the employees of the Department conduct classes in the following fields: Electrical Circuits, Electrical Machines 1, Power Electronics, Control of electrical drives, Instrumentation and Measurements, Electrical Equipment and Installations, in a form of lectures, laboratory classes, projects, specialization workshops, and also internships. As part of their educational activities, the employees of the Department conduct classes at Bachelor degree engineering studies, the second degree postgraduate studies (master studies), doctoral and international studies in fields: Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, as well as for Erasmus + students.
