{"id":20446,"date":"2018-01-24T22:25:09","date_gmt":"2018-01-24T21:25:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/we.pb.edu.pl\/ptetis-oddzial-bialystok\/"},"modified":"2024-08-30T13:46:39","modified_gmt":"2024-08-30T11:46:39","slug":"ptetis","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/we.pb.edu.pl\/en\/cooperation\/ptetis\/","title":{"rendered":"PTETiS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PTETiS \u2013 Polish Society of Theoretical and Applied Electrical Engineering (Bialystok Branch)<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Polish Society of Theoretical and Applied Electrical Engineering is a Polish non-governmental organization that gathers researchers associated with electrical engineering, electronics, automation and robotics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The PTETiS aims to propagate and support theoretical and applied electrical engineering in a broad sense, especially by:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>organization of scientific conferences, symposia and seminars;<\/li>\n<li>organization of the scientific competitions, awarding prizes for scientific achievements and popularization ac-tivities;<\/li>\n<li>supporting the knowledge and technology transfer, publishing activity;<\/li>\n<li>close cooperation with other national and foreign scientific associations with similar profiles of activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bialystok Branch of PTETiS consists of 59 members (mainly from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FEE)), including 5 full professors, 21 D.Sc., and 33 Ph.D.<br \/>\nAll members of the board of the Bialystok Branch of PTETiS are the Faculty of Electrical Engineering members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Board of the Polish Society of Theoretical and Applied Electrical Engineering (Bialystok Branch):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prof. Andrzej Sikorski, DSc, PhD, Eng., Chairman of the Bialystok Branch of PTETiS<\/li>\n<li>Assoc.
